Born in Marseille, France, Sylvain has spent over two decades bringing his culinary passion to life in the U.S.

His experience spans private chef services, restaurant and nightclub management, and event dining. Known for his joyful energy and soulful cooking, Sylvain crafts every meal with a fusion of flavors: French, American, Moroccan, Armenian, Latin American, and Japanese. He believes in turning every meal into a moment—whether it’s breakfast on a balcony or a seven-course dinner at sea.
